On March 12th, the UK Solar Taskforce Board joined at Downing Street for a final joint government and industry meeting. The order of the day was to finalise the upcoming Solar Roadmap due to be published this Spring, that aims to deliver 70GW by 2035.

Segen’s VP of Sales Liz MacFarlane was recently re-elected as a member of the Taskforce. After attending the meeting said ‘Getting to this point, among a small group of industry leaders and government has been incredibly humbling, and yesterday was made even more poignant by its setting, in the room where net zero legislation was set in 2019”.
